1. Services

PrimeCoachesClub provides content strategy, inbound lead handling, appointment setting, qualification systems, and related consulting services for coaches and online businesses.

All services are provided on an application-only basis and are subject to approval.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

2. No Guaranteed Income or Results

While we may reference expected appointment ranges, case studies, or past results, we do not guarantee:

• Revenue
• Sales
• Income
• Business growth
• Specific financial outcomes

Results depend on many factors, including your offer, pricing, sales ability, market, and cooperation.

You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own business decisions and outcomes.

3. Pay-Per-Appointment Clarification

If a pay-per-appointment or performance-based structure is offered, a “qualified appointment” is defined according to internal criteria disclosed during onboarding.

Attendance, qualification, and readiness are influenced by prospect behavior, which is outside our full control. Missed closes or poor sales performance do not constitute service failure.

4. Client Responsibilities

By working with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and honest information
• Respond to requests in a timely manner
• Show up to scheduled calls prepared
• Handle sales conversations professionally
• Not misrepresent our services to prospects

Failure to cooperate may result in reduced performance or termination of services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, systems, processes, frameworks, and materials provided by PrimeCoachesClub remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not:

• Copy, resell, or redistribute our materials
• Reverse-engineer systems or workflows
• Share internal processes with third parties

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or strategic information shared during the engagement.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time if:

• These terms are violated
• Payment obligations are not met
• There is abusive, unethical, or unprofessional behavior
• Continued work is deemed unviable

Termination does not entitle you to refunds unless explicitly stated in writing.

8. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.

Time, resources, labor, and systems are deployed immediately upon onboarding.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrimeCoachesClub shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits
• Lost revenue
• Business interruption
• Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us for services.

10. Third-Party Platforms

We are not responsible for:

• Platform outages or bans (Meta, Instagram, Google, etc.)
• Changes in algorithms or ad policies
• Account restrictions outside our control

You agree to comply with all third-party platform terms.

11. Testimonials & Marketing

By engaging with our services, you grant us permission to use non-confidential results, testimonials, and anonymized performance data for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

12. Governing Law
